authority of the Alaska Commission on Postsecondary Education;                                                                  
relating to the Alaska Student Loan Corporation; relating to teacher                                                            
education loans; relating to interest on and consolidation of                                                                   
postsecondary education loans; relating to Alaska supplemental                                                                  
education loans; relating to AlaskAdvantage grants; relating to the                                                             
Alaska family education loan program; relating to postsecondary                                                                 
educational institutions; and providing for an effective date" was read

Senator Meyer, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for the                                                               
adoption of the Finance Committee Substitute offered on page 2183.                                                              
Without objection, CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 195(FIN) was
